Clyde and Desiree’s wedding day began with a cloudy, misty morning. It was a cold and damp day. The original plan had been for their ceremony to be outside at Lindsey Plantation, on a hilltop with a gorgeous mountain view. But the weather had other plans. Everything was moved inside of the barn and heaters were turned on as the girls got ready. Clyde and his groomsmen arrived and the mist began to let up but the clouds remained. Clyde and Desiree had their first look outside and we very quickly went back inside to warm up. The ceremony was short and sweet and afterward we wandered the grounds and gardens for “sunset” pictures. Desiree had a custom jean jacket that paired beautifully with her long pearled veil. After yummy food and delicious cake, Clyde and Desiree had a simple send off surrounded by their closest friends and family cheering as they drove away.
